Refund policy

Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided that each item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

 

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

 

Once the returned parcel is received and verified, the refund is issued to the original method of payment within five (5) business days.

 

The return procedure begins upon written notification sent to contact@corselaine.com, stating the order reference and reason for return. Detailed return instructions are then provided by the Customer Care team.
