Refund policy

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided that each item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

Upon receipt of the returned parcel, an inspection period of up to eight (8) business days shall apply. Following verification, a refund or store credit may be issued to the original method of payment or to the client account, as applicable.

The return procedure begins upon written notification sent to contact@corselaine.com, stating the order reference, reason for return, and any supporting documentation. Detailed return instructions are then provided by the Customer Care team.
